1. Check-in & Check-out Policies:

• Standard Check-in: 12:00 PM (Early check-in is subject to room availability upon arrival).
• Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out requests are subject to prior management approval).
• Mandatory Identity Proof: As per Government of India regulations, all adult guests (18+ years) must produce a valid physical government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

2. Reservation & Payment Policies:

• Instant booking confirmation is issued upon successful online transaction via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or direct Front Desk reservation.
• Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated in accordance with Government guidelines and displayed during booking checkout.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Free Cancellation: Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled check-in time will receive a 100% refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of check-in will incur a 1-night room tariff retention charge.
• No-Show Policy: Non-arrival without prior written intimation is non-refundable.
• Refund Timeline: All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment source account within 5–7 business days.

4. Temple Town Etiquette & House Rules:

• Strict No Alcohol & No Smoking: In reverence to the sacred pilgrimage atmosphere of Kollur Sri Mookambika Temple, consumption of alcohol, smoking, and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited on hotel grounds.
• Pure Vegetarian Premises: External non-vegetarian food is strictly not allowed inside the property.
• Quiet Hours: Please maintain peace and tranquility in hallways and rooms between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM to ensure restful sleep for elderly devotees and families.

5. Children, Extra Bedding & Pet Policy:

• Children: Children under 5 years stay complimentary when sharing existing beds with parents.
• Extra Mattress: Additional floor mattresses / bedding are available upon request at standard nominal charges.
• Pet Policy: To maintain strict hygiene and allergen safety for all guests, pets are not permitted inside the hotel.
